AIA Vitality is an insurance program designed for health-conscious individuals. It aims to support members in maintaining good health, based on scientific principles, and motivates them through special rewards for participating in program activities. The goal is to encourage sustainable behavioral changes and focus on preventing non-communicable diseases (NCDs), which are often caused by lifestyle habits.

AIA Vitality members enjoy greater benefits, both in terms of insurance coverage and exclusive privileges from leading partners.
If all insurance policies participating in the AIA Vitality program that you hold are canceled, reach their maturity date, or become inactive for any reason, your AIA Vitality membership will also be terminated.
However, if you have one or more policies that remain active and are enrolled in the AIA Vitality program, your AIA Vitality membership will continue.
Your AIA Vitality membership will be automatically renewed as long as you hold an active insurance policy that participates in the AIA Vitality program.
However, if you wish to cancel your membership, you can notify us by calling 1581. Please note that canceling your AIA Vitality membership will result in the loss of access to all benefits, including insurance-related privileges.
Starting from July 1, 2021, AIA Vitality has discontinued the issuance of physical membership cards. You can use a digital membership card (e-card) by logging in through the AIA+ application.
To enjoy partner benefits under AIA Vitality, you need to present your membership card, which displays your name, membership number, and barcode for discounts. For certain benefits, you may also be required to show your national ID card or passport along with your membership card. Please check the details, terms, and conditions of each partner in the Rewards > Benefits menu.
