Campaign Terms & Conditions:
This campaign is for all types of AIA Vitality members who hold AIA Vitality integrated individual policies and have a Silver, Gold, or Platinum status during the campaign period only.
Eligible members will see and be able to redeem e-Vouchers/e-Coupons via the AIA+ app in the “Privileges” > “Special Reward / Campaign Reward” section starting from the 10th of the month.
1 reward per member per month.
Rewards must be used before the expiry date; unused rewards will be forfeited.
A limit of 1,000 redemptions per reward/month applies. First come, first served.
Once redeemed, the reward will appear in “My Coupons” under “Used Coupons” and can be used during checkout at participating stores as indicated on the coupon.
You must present the coupon code within the AIA+ app — screenshots or other formats will not be accepted.
AIA will not reissue rewards under any circumstances if redeemed incorrectly or due to user error.
AIA reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign with prior notice via official communication channels.
For questions or complaints about services, products, or offers provided by the partner service provider, please contact the service provider directly. In case of disputes, AIA’s decision is final.
AIA reserves the right to disqualify participants without prior notice if any fraudulent activity or actions against the campaign’s objectives are detected.
