Active Rewards Update: New “TrueCoffee” Reward Available from 29 October 2026

  • Introducing a New Active Reward: TrueCoffee Starting from 29 October 2026, AIA Vitality Plus members who successfully complete an Active Challenge can choose to redeem a THB 50 TrueCoffee Cash Voucher. The voucher can be used as a discount on beverage purchases at participating TrueCoffee stores.

  • Boots e-Voucher Reward to Be Discontinued The Boots e-Voucher will no longer be available as an Active Reward. AIA Vitality Plus members can continue to redeem and use the THB 50 Boots e-Voucher until 28 October 2026, which will be the last day it is offered as an Active Reward.

AIA Vitality Plus members can continue to redeem other Active Rewards as usual, including: TrueMoney, GrabGift, Major Cineplex, and Tops and Tops Food Hall

For the complimentary Basic Health Check available at participating Boots stores, services will continue as normal. All AIA Vitality members can continue to enjoy one free health check per year, including three health assessments: Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure, and blood glucose, at participating Boots stores.

TrueCoffee Cash Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Reserved exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members who have earned the reward through the Active Challenge.

  • This benefit applies to full-priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

  • It is limited to one use per receipt or one order only.

  • Codes must be used within the specified validity period; expired codes are considered void and cannot be extended.

  • This benefit cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

  • The benefit is valid at all TrueCoffee branches except True Sphere, Happy and Healthy Bike Lane, airport locations, and the Nan branch.
