Eligible AIA Vitality members who have completed the process correctly will be able to redeem the reward from 10 June 2025, via the AIA+ app under “Privileges” > "Special Reward / Campaign Reward."

How to Update Your Email via the AIA+ App

  1. Log in to the AIA+ app and tap “All services” on the home screen.  

  2. Select “Change mobile phone/email.”  

  3. Tap the pencil icon next to your email address.  

  4. Tap “Get started” and follow the steps to update your email.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • This offer is reserved for AIA Vitality members who receive the SMS invitation from AIA Vitality on 2 May 2025 only.

  • Members must update their contact email via the AIA+ app between 2–31 May 2025 to be eligible for the reward.

  • Members who meet the requirements can redeem the e-Coupon from 10 June 2025, under “Privileges” > "Special Reward / Campaign Reward" on the AIA+ app.

  • If the reward is not redeemed by 31 July 2025, it will be considered forfeited.

  • Limit: 1 reward per member throughout the campaign period.

  • The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards

Starbucks e-Coupon Terms and Conditions

  • Valid only within the period stated on the e-Coupon.

  • Redeemable for any product at Starbucks branches in Thailand only.

  • Cannot be used to top-up Starbucks Cards and does not earn Starbucks® Rewards points.

  • Not redeemable for cash or exchangeable.

  • Photocopied or duplicated coupons are not accepted.

  • Coupons captured via screenshot or copied images will not be valid.

  • Once claimed, the e-Coupon will appear under “My Coupons” in the AIA+ app.

  • Members can tap “Redeem” to use it during checkout at Starbucks. The e-Coupon is valid until 31 July 2025.

  • Show the QR Code from the AIA+ app to the cashier. Only QR Codes shown directly from the app are valid (screenshots or other forms of display are not accepted).

  • Once redemption is completed through the AIA+ app, the use is considered final. AIA will not reissue the reward in the event of user error.
