Terms and Conditions of the Campaign:

• Reserved for AIA Vitality members who maintain their AIA Vitality membership at the time of participation in the activity and on the day of receiving points and discount coupons from Supersports.

• AIA Vitality members participating in the 'Face Scane Double Delights' campaign between 1 September - 31 December 2023, will receive 100 AIA Vitality points per scan in the Special Activity category (AIA Vitality points under the Special activity category are capped at 500 points per membership year).

• Limited to once a month to earn AIA Vitality points from this special campaign by using the vital scan feature via the AIA+ application.

• Members will receive points from this campaign after AIA Vitality verifies that members have successfully used the facial scan feature, and they will receive points and discount coupons from Supersports on a weekly basis as follows:

• Members can check their points history through the AIA+ app. Points will be credited on the day of using the facial scan feature for the first time in that month.

• The vital scan feature via the AIA+ application is limited to use 1 time per day. The health results obtained from the face scan feature are just an estimate which may deviate from reality for many reasons.

• The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards
  

   

Terms and Conditions of Supersports Discount Coupon:

• Present the discount coupon to the staff at participating Supersports stores prior to making payment.

• The discount coupon can be used as a 200 baht discount when purchasing participating items worth 1,800 baht or more per receipt (net purchase).

• The discount coupon can be used as a 400 baht discount when purchasing participating items worth 3,000 baht or more per receipt (net purchase).

• The discount coupon is valid only at participating Supersports stores and Supersports Active Mega Bangna (excluding Supersports Factory Store, Supersports Factory Outlet, Supersports Online, and special promotion areas of Supersports and Mono Shop like Crocs, Skechers, New Balance, Reebok, or Liverpool Football Club etc.).

• The discount coupon is valid from 1 September 2023 to 31 January 2024.

• It's possible to combine brands and product groups in a single purchase. Specific terms and conditions apply to each participating brand.

• The discount coupon can be applied to participating regular-priced items of the following brands: HOKA, SAUCONY, UNDER ARMOUR, LFC, UMBRO, WILSON, REEBOK, S SPORTS, VARLION, FUTBOL X, 9NINE, VOLCANO, SURFSUN, ORTHMOVEMENT, SMELLWELL, SPIKE, NIKE SWIM, MAUI AND SONS, WARRIX, BURIRUM, MTUTD, PORT FC, BANGKOK UNITED, CHIANGRAI UNITED, ACTIVE&CO, CAPTAIN STAG, FIELD&CAMP, POLER, CARVER, GS, PROMARK, SIXTY-SIX, SPICESKATE, WATERBORNE, YOW, NIKE, NEW BALANCE, ADIDAS, SKECHERS, BONA, HIGHCLUB, GUY LAROCHE, VIEW, REEFTOURER, THAISPORTS, MIZUNO, and PAN.

• The discount coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions such as Mix & Match, buy 1 get 1 free, buy 2 get 1 free, or other receipt discount coupons, including brand-specific discount coupons and the 5-10% discounts offered by the Central The 1 Credit Card, among others.

• Each AIA Vitality member can receive coupons only once during the campaign period, from their first facial scan.

• Usage of the coupon is restricted to 1 right per receipt throughout the campaign.

• The discount coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Please verify participating products and additional conditions at the point of sale.

• The terms and conditions for this service are subject to revision by CRC Sports Co., Ltd., an entity not affiliated with AIA Company Limited. AIA will not be accountable for any services, products, or offers provided by CRC Sports Co., Ltd.
