How to Redeem Your Benefit
AIA Vitality members with an individual policy can claim their discount codes through the AIA+ app by going to “Privileges” > “Redeem for Free” from 10 November 2026 onwards.
Each member may claim one code per offer, for a total of two discount codes. Discount codes are limited to 100 redemptions per offer throughout the campaign period and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Use your discount code according to the benefit type received and enter the code before completing payment:
7% on-top discount for selected health check-up packages on HDmall
5% on-top discount for any package on HDmall
Discount codes claimed through the AIA+ app are valid until 31 January 2027. Discount codes are available in limited quantities and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Campaign Terms and Conditions
This campaign is exclusively available to AIA Vitality members who hold an individual AIA Vitality policy and maintain an active AIA Vitality membership status on the date the discount code is claimed.
Each member may claim one entitlement per discount code type, subject to a maximum of 100 redemptions per discount code throughout the campaign period (100 redemptions for the 5% On-Top Discount Code and 100 redemptions for the 7% On-Top Discount Code).
Members will be eligible to claim this benefit from the 10th day of the month following their AIA Vitality membership enrollment date via the AIA+ application under “Benefits” > “Redeem for Free.”
Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item and are non-transferable.
A successful redemption through the AIA+ application shall be deemed a complete use of the benefit. AIA reserves the right not to compensate, replace, or reissue any benefit in the event of errors caused by the member.
