Campaign Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members who joined the program on or before 20 February 2025, and maintain an active membership on both the reward redemption date and the date of use. Eligible members must also hold an individual AIA Vitality policy.

• The free movie ticket promo code at Major Cineplex can be claimed via the “Privilege” section in the AIA+ app starting at 9:00 AM on 3 March 2025.

• The campaign is limited to 400 rewards, with one normal seat movie ticket per reward.

• Each AIA Vitality Plus member is eligible to claim only one reward throughout the campaign period.

• Unused rewards will expire on 31 March 2025, and will be considered forfeited.

• Once a reward is successfully claimed, the Promo Code will appear under “My Coupons” in the “Used Coupons” section. Members can click “Redeem” to apply the Promo Code at checkout via the Major Cineplex app or self-service ticket kiosks at any Major Cineplex or EGV branch. Promo Codes expire on 31 March 2025.

• Once the e-Voucher is successfully redeemed via the AIA+ app, it is considered fully utilized. AIA will not compensate or replace the e-Voucher in case of user errors.

• AIA reserves the right to change or cancel these terms and conditions with prior notice through the company’s communication channels.

• For questions or complaints about services, products, or offers provided by the partner service provider, please contact the service provider directly. In case of disputes, AIA’s decision is final.

• The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards

Terms & Conditions for Using the Movie Ticket Reward at Major Cineplex:

• Each reward entitles the member to one normal seat movie ticket in Digital 2D at any Major Cineplex or EGV branch. Members may also use the reward at Paragon Cineplex, ICON Cineconic, or Quartier CineArt by paying an additional fee.

• Members can upgrade to Digital 3D, Atmos, Honeymoon Seat, Privilege Chair, or Optimus Chair by paying the price difference.

• The movie ticket cannot be exchanged for cash.

• This reward cannot be used in conjunction with discount cards, promotions, or other special offers.

• The movie ticket is the property of Major Cineplex and cannot be resold unless officially authorized.

• Major Cineplex reserves the right to refuse service if the Promo Code is found to have been used, duplicated, or altered.
