To celebrate the launch of our new Healthy Futures feature, AIA Vitality invites all members to take a simple step toward better health through the new online assessment on the AIA+ app. Simply complete the online assessment between 16 July – 31 August 2026, and the first 5,000 members will receive a THB 100 Starbucks e-Coupon.

How to Participate and Claim Your Reward:
Complete the new online assessment via the AIA Vitality menu in the AIA+ app version 6.1.0 between 16 July – 31 August 2026. (Members who have already earned points from this activity, or who have not yet reached their second points-earning cycle within their membership year, are still eligible to join this campaign.)
Find out your Vitality Age to better understand your current health status. You'll also gain access to our new Healthy Futures feature, which provides personalized health insights based on your individual health data. Healthy Futures helps you understand your current health, identify future health trends, and determine which areas of your health to focus on first.
The first 5,000 members who successfully complete the new online assessment will be eligible to receive a THB 100 Starbucks e-Coupon. Claim your reward through the AIA+ app > Privileges > Redeem for Free. Reward redemption will be available from the 10th day of the following month after completing the online assessment.

*If you have previously completed some sections of the former online assessments and already received points for those sections, you will earn points only for the remaining sections that have not yet been awarded in that assessment cycle, up to a total of 2,750 points.

Campaign Terms and Conditions
This campaign is open to all AIA Vitality members holding an AIA Vitality integrated individual policy.
Members will be able to view and claim their Starbucks e-Coupon reward via the AIA+ app under “Privileges” > “Redeem for Free” from the 10th day of the month following the month in which the member successfully completes the new online assessment according to the campaign requirements. Reward claim periods are as follows:

Members who do not claim their reward by 31 October 2026 will be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement.
Members who have already completed the online assessment during their current membership year may still participate in this campaign, provided they successfully complete the new online assessment during the campaign period. (Members who have already earned the maximum points available under this category in their current membership year will not receive additional points.)
Limited to one coupon per member throughout the campaign period.
Rewards are limited to 5,000 coupon codes throughout the campaign period.
The e-Coupon is valid only within the validity period stated on the e-Coupon.
The e-Coupon may be used to purchase any products at participating Starbucks stores in Thailand only.
The e-Coupon cannot be used to top up a Starbucks Card, and purchases made using the e-Coupon are not eligible for Starbucks® Rewards benefits.
The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Photocopied or duplicated coupons will not be accepted.
Images or copies of coupons, regardless of format, are not valid for redemption.
The reward coupon is valid for use only between 10 August and 31 October 2026.
Unused rewards after the expiry date will be deemed forfeited.
Once the reward has been successfully claimed, the coupon code will appear in “My Coupons” > “Available” within the AIA+ app. Members can tap “Redeem” to use the coupon code before payment at any Starbucks store in Thailand.
Members must present the coupon code displayed in the AIA+ app to the Starbucks staff in order to redeem the reward. Only coupon codes displayed directly within the AIA+ app will be accepted. Screenshots or any other form of reproduction will not be accepted.
Successful redemption of a reward through the AIA+ app shall be deemed a completed use of that reward. AIA reserves the right not to compensate, replace, or reinstate any reward in the event of user error or misuse.
AIA reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice communicated through the Company's official communication channels.
For any enquiries or complaints regarding services, products, or offers provided by participating partners, members should contact the relevant service provider directly. In the event of any dispute, AIA’s decision shall be final.
