Terms & Conditions for Discount and Cashback Privileges for Long Termer 12-Month Memberships:
AIA Vitality members who sign up for a 12-month Long Termer membership at Virgin Active by 31 October 2025, will receive an additional 50% discount on their membership fees for October to December 2025. (Each billing cycle is two weeks, based on Virgin Active’s billing schedule.) After 31 December 2025, the membership discount will revert to the standard 15% for the remaining duration of the contract
Members who sign up during October 2025 but do not wish to participate in this campaign may choose to receive the standard Virgin Active membership discount as specified in the AIA+ application.
The monthly cashback benefit based on membership status is available exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members, subject to the terms specified in the AIA+ application.
The 10% monthly cashback will be calculated based on the member’s AIA Vitality status as of the 25th of each qualifying month, and on the membership fee before VAT. Cashback will be transferred to the bank account linked to AIAPAY only (Join AIAPAY). Payments will be made on the 15th of the following month (or the next business day).
