To enhance the experience for AIA Vitality Plus members participating in Active Challenges and to offer a more diverse range of rewards, AIA Vitality is updating the Active Rewards as follows:

TrueMoney will no longer be included in Active Rewards. Members who successfully complete Active Challenges can redeem their rewards for a THB 50 TrueMoney top-up code and use the code to top up via the AIA+ application until 27 March 2024.
Introducing the new Active Reward - Shopee e-voucher worth 50 baht. This digital gift card can be used as a discount when making purchases through the Shopee application, providing members with a broader selection of rewards. The Shopee e-voucher will be available for redemption by members who achieve Active Challenges starting 28 March 2024.
Members can continue to select other Active Rewards options, such as GrabGifts, Major Cineplex, Boots, and Tops and Tops Food Hall, as usual.

STEP 2 Copy your e-voucher code Click "Use now" and copy your e-voucher code. |

STEP 3 Redeem your discount Enter the e-voucher code during checkout. Select Promo Code > Add Shopee Promo Code > OK. You will receive a 50 baht discount. |
TrueMoney Top-up Code Q&A:
If a member redeems a TrueMoney top-up code and keeps it in the "My Coupons" menu but doesn't use the code to top up through the AIA+ app after 27 March 2024, the coupon will automatically convert to a Shopee e-voucher. However, the top-up code will expire, and members won't be able to use it anymore.
Due to technical limitations in updating the Active Rewards this time, members will see a history of TrueMoney top-up code redemptions automatically converted to Shopee e-vouchers since 28 March 2024. Members can still redeem other Active Rewards as usual, including GrabGifts, Major Cineplex, Boots, and Tops and Tops Food Hall.
AIA Vitality Plus members experiencing problems related to TrueMoney Wallet top-up codes received through Active Rewards can contact and inquire via email at th.customer@aia.com. Please provide your membership number and specify the encountered problem.
Shopee e-voucher terms and condition
Reserves the right for AIA Vitality Plus members who receive rewards from hitting the Active Challenge goal only.
The e-voucher is redeemed as a THB 50 discount per order (excluding shipping fee).
The e-voucher can be used within the specified period.
Limited to 1 code/order and can only be used with the Shopee application.
It is not allowed to renew or extend the validity period of the e-voucher code.
The e-voucher is applicable to all categories except Digital products, Ticket & Voucher, Baby powdered milk formula 1&2, Gold Bar, Gold Plate, Gold Rings, Gold Necklaces, Gold Earrings, Gold Bangles, Diamond Rings, Diamond Necklaces, Diamond Earrings, Diamond Bangles, and legally controlled goods.
The e-voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service.
The e-voucher cannot be transferred to any third party and cannot be exchanged into cash.
