Terms and Conditions for Membership Discounts and Cashback Benefits for 12-Month Long Termer Memberships
AIA Vitality members who sign up for a 12-month Virgin Active Long Termer membership during July 2026 and visit the gym at least twice per week will receive an additional 50% membership discount (on top of the standard discount) for up to four consecutive billing cycles (one billing cycle equals two weeks, based on Virgin Active's membership billing schedule). From the fifth billing cycle onward and for the remainder of the membership term, the membership discount will revert to the standard 15% discount, regardless of gym visit frequency.
AIA Vitality members will automatically receive the additional 50% discount (on top) in the first billing cycle. To continue receiving the additional 50% discount in subsequent billing cycles, members must visit the gym at least twice per week.
If a member who signs up for a 12-month Virgin Active Long Termer membership during July 2026 does not meet the required gym visit frequency, the member will not be eligible for the additional 50% discount (on top) in the following billing cycle. Gym visit calculations and billing cycle requirements are subject to Virgin Active's terms and conditions. Members who sign up during July 2026 and choose not to participate in this campaign may instead receive the standard Virgin Active membership discount benefit in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the AIA+ app.
The monthly cashback benefit based on membership status is available exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members, subject to the terms specified in the AIA+ application.
The 10% monthly cashback will be calculated based on the member's AIA Vitality status as of the 25th of each eligible month and the membership fee amount (before VAT). Cashback will be transferred to the bank account linked to AIAPAY on the 15th of the following month (or the next business day).
