Terms & Conditions for Discount and Cashback Privileges for Long Termer 12-Month Memberships:
AIA Vitality members who sign up for a Virgin Active 12-month Long Termer membership within March 2026 and work out at least twice per week will be eligible for an additional (On Top) 50% discount on their membership fee for up to 5 consecutive billing cycles. (One billing cycle equals two weeks according to Virgin Active’s billing schedule.) After the fifth billing cycle, the membership discount will revert to the standard 15% discount for the remainder of the contract term, regardless of the number of workout visits.
AIA Vitality members will automatically receive the 50% (On Top) discount in the first billing cycle. To continue receiving the 50% (On Top) discount in subsequent billing cycles, members must work out at least twice per week.
If a member fails to meet the required number of workout sessions in any given billing cycle, they will not be eligible for the 50% (On Top) discount in the following billing cycle. The conditions for counting workout sessions are determined by Virgin Active’s membership billing cycles. Please check additional conditions at Virgin Active Clubs. AIA Vitality members who sign up for a new Virgin Active membership under a 12-month Long Termer contract in March 2026 and are among the first ten applicants at each branch will receive a free AIA Vitality rolling luggage on the day they sign up.
The luggage is limited to ten pieces per branch throughout the campaign period. Please check availability with the Virgin Active club you wish to join before applying.
Each AIA Vitality member is entitled to receive a maximum of one reward throughout the campaign.
Rewards cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or other items.
Members who enroll during March 2026 but do not wish to participate in this campaign may opt to receive the standard Virgin Active membership discount as specified in the AIA+ application.
The monthly cashback benefit based on membership status is available exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members, subject to the terms specified in the AIA+ application.
The 10% monthly cashback will be calculated based on the member's AIA Vitality status as of the 25th of each eligible month and the membership fee amount (before VAT). Cashback will be transferred to the bank account linked to AIAPAY on the 15th of the following month (or the next business day).
