Terms and Conditions for Discounts and Cashback Benefits for 12-Month Long-Term Memberships

  • AIA Vitality members who sign up for a 12-month Virgin Active Long-Term membership during November 2026 will receive an additional 50% membership discount (on top) for up to six consecutive billing cycles. (One billing cycle equals two weeks based on Virgin Active's membership billing schedule.) From the 7th billing cycle onwards, the discount will revert to the standard 15% AIA Vitality membership discount for the remainder of the contract term.

  • The additional 50% discount (on top) will be applied automatically from the first billing cycle.

  • Members who sign up during November 2026 and choose not to participate in this promotional campaign may continue to receive the standard Virgin Active membership discount offered through the AIA+ application, subject to the existing terms and conditions.

  • The monthly status-based cashback benefit for AIA Vitality Plus members is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the AIA+ application.

  • The 10% monthly status-based cashback will be calculated based on the member's AIA Vitality status as of the 25th of each month and the eligible monthly fitness membership fee (excluding VAT). Cashback will be credited to the bank account linked to AIAPAY on or around the 15th of the following month. If the payment date falls on a public holiday, the cashback will be transferred on the next business day.
