Terms and conditions:

  • AIA Vitality members who sign up for a 12-month contract under Goal-getter membership plan at Virgin Active during October 2023 will receive a 70% membership fee discount until 31 December 2023. Afterward, the membership fee discount will be adjusted to 40% from 1 January 2024, throughout the contract term.

  • If members who sign up during October 2023 do not wish to participate in the benefits under the above campaign, they may choose to receive membership fee discount benefits at Virgin Active according to the same terms and conditions specified in the AIA+ app.

  • Monthly status-based cashback for AIA Vitality Plus members will be in accordance with the conditions specified in the AIA+ app.

  • Monthly cashback will be calculated based on the Vitality status on the 25th of each month (or the next business day).

  • AIA Vitality Plus members will receive a souvenir from AIA Vitality on the registration day at Virgin Active club, and the souvenirs are subject to availability.
