AIA Vitality, in collaboration with Virgin Active, organized a special activity for AIA Vitality Plus members to explore new perspectives on health care with the “Sound Bath” classes. This new form of mental rejuvenation and physical relaxation involves bathing in sound waves from crystal bowls. Throughout May, special Sound Bath classes were held for program members, offering five classes in total.

The activity received an overwhelming response from AIA Vitality Plus members. It encouraged participants to rethink their approach to health care with innovative relaxation methods, aligning with AIA's new "Rethink Healthy" campaign. This campaign emphasizes that understanding and improving health starts with small daily actions, recognizing that everyone's path to well-being is unique.
