Announcement: AIA Vitality Points Earning Activities Update Effective on 8 November 2023

To facilitate members in accumulating AIA Vitality points in alignment with their lifestyle and health risks at different life stages, AIA Vitality announces the adjustment of the points earning activities, effective from 8 November 2023, as follows:

  • Earn up to 400 points by scanning your face*, receiving 100 points per scan, using the vital scan feature via the AIA+ app's AI system, with a minimum interval of 3 months and a maximum of 4 scans or 400 points per membership year.

  • Earn 1,000 extra points upon completing 4 basic health screenings, including body mass index, blood pressure, cholesterol level, and glucose level, earning 1 time per membership year.

    For members who complete 4 basic health check-ups in 2023, you will automatically receive the aforementioned extra points. Members can check their points in the Points History page (under Assessments category) dated 30 November 2023, or on the last day of the membership year if it ends between 8 - 29 November 2023.

  • Members aged 40 and above can earn up to 4,000 points from 4 advanced screenings, receiving 1,000 points per screening per year. Additional health screenings include:

    • Chest X-ray 
    • Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) 
    • Abdominal examination 
    • Eye examination by an ophthalmologist

  • Termination of personalised challenges: Members who accepted any personalised challenges before 8 November 2023, will automatically earn points for all the challenges they have accepted (even if the challenge period has not yet ended). Members can check their points in the Points History page (under Challenges) dated on 30 November 2023, or on the last day of the membership year if it ends between 8 - 29 November 2023.

Your points earned prior to this announcement will not be affected by the update.

*The health results obtained from the face scan feature are just an estimate which may deviate from reality for many reasons. This feature is not a medical diagnosis. If you are sick, please see a doctor.
