How to Claim Your Reward

STEP 1

Claim Your Promo Code via the AIA+ App

Eligible AIA Vitality Plus members with an individual policy and Platinum status can claim a promo code through the AIA+ app under "Privileges" > "Free Rewards" from 15 October 2026 at 9:00 AM onwards. Only 30 promo codes are available throughout the campaign and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

STEP 2

Register for an Individual Entry to the Fitness First X HYROX365 Challenge

Use the promo code received via the AIA+ app to register for your individual entry ticket through the registration link below and receive a QR code for event access. Registration is open from 15 to 25 October 2026. Participants must complete the registration process and provide all required information accurately within the specified period.

A limited quota of 6 complimentary entries is available for each competition wave, with a total of 30 entries available across 5 waves. If the quota for your preferred wave has been filled, you will be required to select another available wave during registration.

STEP 3

Receive Your QR Code and Get Ready for the Challenge

Once your registration is successfully completed, you will receive a QR code via the email address provided during registration by 31 October 2026. Please present this QR code at the event on Saturday, 7 November 2026, at centralwOrld LIVE, 8th Floor, CentralWorld. All participants must comply with the event organizer's terms and conditions.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • Eligible exclusively for current AIA Vitality Plus members who hold an individual policy, have achieved Platinum status, and maintain their AIA Vitality Plus membership status at the time of reward redemption.

  • Eligible members will receive one promo code to register for one individual entry to the Fitness First X HYROX365 Challenge.

  • A total of 30 entries are available throughout the campaign period.

  • Members can claim the reward via the AIA+ app from 15 October 2026 at 9:00 AM onwards, or until all available entries have been claimed.

  • Promo codes will be available in the AIA+ app between 15 and 25 October 2026. Members must use the promo code to register through the organizer's registration link no later than 25 October 2026 at 11:59 PM.

  • To register for the Fitness First X HYROX365 Challenge, participants must provide their AIA Vitality Plus membership number correctly, and it must match the member who claimed the promo code.

  • Once registration has been completed, the participant's name cannot be changed, and the entry cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

  • This reward cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other benefit.

  • Once a reward has been successfully claimed through the AIA+ app, it will be considered fully redeemed. AIA reserves the right not to provide compensation or replacement rewards for any errors resulting from the member's actions.

  • Members who successfully complete registration through the organizer's registration link by 25 October 2026 at 11:59 PM will receive a QR code for event entry according to the organizer's process by 31 October 2026.

  • Eligibility is limited to members who successfully claim a promo code and complete registration in accordance with these campaign terms and conditions. Members who claim a promo code but fail to register, or use the promo code incorrectly during registration, will not receive a QR code for event entry.

  • Participants must be free from any medical conditions or health limitations that could restrict physical activity and must not be under medical advice to refrain from exercise. Participants are required to wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes during the event.

  • AIA reserves the right to amend or cancel these terms, conditions, or rewards at any time, with prior notice communicated through the Company's official channels.

  • For enquiries regarding ticket registration, QR code issuance, or event participation details, please contact the event organizer at pusadee.assavaniwest@evolutionwellness.co.th  Enquiries will be responded to during business hours, Monday to Friday. In the event of any dispute, AIA's decision shall be final.
