How to Redeem & Register

STEP 1

Redeem Your Registration Code via AIA+

All AIA Vitality members with an eligible individual policy and Silver status or above can redeem a registration code for YPS x AIA Vitality: Move Unlocked via the AIA+ app under "Privileges" > "Free Redemption" starting from 20 October 2026 at 9:00 AM. Only 300 privileges are available throughout the campaign period and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

STEP 2

Register for the Event

Use the code received from the AIA+ app to register for the event via the Luma platform using the link below. Select the "AIA Vitality" ticket type, enter your code during registration, and complete all required information and registration steps as instructed by the event organizer. Registration Period: 20 - 31 October 2026

STEP 3

Receive Your Confirmation Email

Once you have successfully completed your registration and entered a valid code, you will receive a registration confirmation email from Luma, including a QR Code for event check-in, within three (3) business days. Please check the email address used for registration, including your Spam/Junk Mail folder.

Get Ready and Join “YPS x AIA Vitality: Move Unlocked”

Eligible members can join “YPS x AIA Vitality: Move Unlocked” on 8 November 2026 at Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park. Simply present your Luma QR Code at the event for registration and entry. Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and wear Pilates socks throughout the session.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat for use during the activity.

  • For safety and ease of movement during the class, please wear Pilates socks throughout the session.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire that allows for free movement so you can fully enjoy the experience.

06:30 – 07:00 | Registration & Welcome
Check in at the venue by presenting your Luma QR Code for registration.

07:00 – 07:05 | Break to Breathe
Learn Pilates breathing techniques led by Kru Kaew and the instructor team from YPS Pilates Club.

07:05 – 07:25 | Full Body, Core Focus
A full-body Pilates session designed to strengthen your core muscles while improving overall body alignment and movement.

07:25 – 07:45 | Wake-Up Stretching
Relax and recharge with guided stretching exercises, while learning practical posture and mobility techniques you can incorporate into your daily routine.

07:45 – 09:30 | AIA Vitality Game Booth & Group Photo
Join a group photo session and enjoy fun activities at the AIA Vitality game booths, with exclusive souvenirs available for participants.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • This privilege is available exclusively to all AIA Vitality member types who hold an individual AIA Vitality policy, have an AIA Vitality status of Silver, Gold, or Platinum, and maintain an active membership status on the date the privilege is redeemed.

  • This privilege is valid for participation in the YPS x AIA Vitality: Move Unlocked event, which will take place on 8 November 2026 at Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

  • Eligible members may claim a registration code via the AIA+ app under "Privileges" > "Redeem for Free" starting from 20 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m. onwards.

  • Limited to one (1) registration code per AIA Vitality member.

  • A total of 300 codes are available throughout the campaign period and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Members must use the code received from the AIA+ app to register through the Luma platform via the designated link between 20 - 31 October 2026. Participants must select the "AIA Vitality" ticket type, enter the code during registration, and complete all required registration steps specified by the event organizer.

  • Receiving a registration code does not guarantee participation in the event. Participation is confirmed only after the member has successfully completed registration through the Luma platform and received a confirmation email together with a QR Code from the event organizer.

  • Participants will receive a registration confirmation email, including a QR Code for event entry, within three (3) business days after completing registration successfully and entering a valid code.

  • Once a privilege has been successfully redeemed through the AIA+ app, it will be deemed fully utilized. AIA reserves the right not to compensate, replace, or reissue the privilege under any circumstances.

  • If a member redeems a code but fails to complete the registration process, or does not fulfill the registration requirements in accordance with these terms and conditions, the privilege will be deemed forfeited and no replacement code or reinstatement of the privilege will be provided under any circumstances.

  • All event participants will receive one (1) Pilates ball for use during the class and an exclusive AIA Vitality bandana. These complimentary items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other items.

  • The first 200 participants who complete on-site registration on the event day will receive one (1) additional AIA Vitality souvenir bag. The Company's decision shall be final.

  • This privilege cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other items.

  • All participants must comply with the event organizer's rules, regulations, requirements, and safety measures throughout the event.

  • AIA reserves the right to amend or cancel these terms and conditions and/or the event arrangements, with prior notice provided through the Company's communication channels.

  • For any inquiries regarding the event or registration, please contact the event organizer directly via Instagram: ypspilatesclub.bkk. In the event of any dispute, AIA's decision shall be final.
