How to activate AIA Vitality via the AIA+ app

1. Download the AIA+ app, create an account, and log in.

2. Open the AIA Vitality menu and click the “Activate AIA Vitality” button.

3. Accept the terms and conditions of the program and click “Next.”

4. Verify your membership information and click “Confirm.”

5. Enter the OTP code you received via SMS and click “Submit.”

6. Account activation is successful. Click "Close."

7. You can now access the AIA Vitality menu to accumulate points and receive member benefits through the AIA+ app immediately.

Note:

• If your mobile number does not match with the information in the AIA record, you are required to contact AIA Call Center 1581 to verify and complete the account setup.
• Members of the AIA Corporate Vitality Program (AIA Vitality from Group Insurance) will not be able to upgrade to AIA Vitality Plus. Upgrading to AIA Vitality Plus requires an individual AIA Vitality policy.
