• If you already have an AIA iService login ID, you can use the same username and password to log into the AIA+ application.
• If your mobile number does not match with the information in the AIA record, you are required to contact AIA Call Center 1581 to verify and complete the account setup.
• Members of the AIA Corporate Vitality Program (AIA Vitality from Group Insurance) will not be able to upgrade to AIA Vitality Plus. Upgrading to AIA Vitality Plus requires an individual AIA Vitality policy.
