AIA Vitality Plus benefits:

•  Each AIA Vitality Plus member can receive up to 4 status-based accommodation discounts per membership year.

• Limited to a maximum of 1,000 baht status-based discount per booking. 

• The status-based discount is calculated as a percentage of the pre-discount accommodation cost and your AIA Vitality status at the time of booking, without limiting the number of nights stayed, but not exceeding the specified maximum discount amount. For bookings that include multiple rooms in one reservation, the discount applies only to the first room. For example, if a Platinum status member books 2 rooms in one reservation, the member will receive the status-based discount up to 1,000 baht on the first room only, as specified during the booking process.

• The discount will depend on your AIA Vitality status at the time of booking. Please refer to below table:

• After using the status-based discount 4 times, you will receive an 8% discount, calculated from the pre-discount accommodation cost, with a maximum of 160 baht per booking for subsequent bookings. 

AIA Vitality benefits:

• Each AIA Vitality member can receive an 8% accommodation discount up to 4 times per membership year.

• Limited to a maximum of 160 baht discount per booking.

•  AIA Vitality members will receive a fixed discount of 8% per booking, without limiting the number of nights stayed, but not exceeding the specified maximum discount amount as detailed in the table below. For bookings that include multiple rooms in one reservation, the discount applies only to the first room. For example, if a Platinum status member books 2 rooms in one reservation, the member will receive the status-based discount up to 160 baht on the first room only, as specified during the booking process. 

• If a member upgrades to AIA Vitality Plus during the membership year, the remaining quota of status-based discounts for that year will not change. For example, if a Gold status AIA Vitality member has used their accommodation booking benefit 3 times, upon upgrading to AIA Vitality Plus, the member will be able to receive the status-based discount one more time. Additionally, they will receive an 8% discount, calculated from the pre-discount accommodation cost, up to a maximum of 160 baht from the 5th booking onwards. 

1. Eligibility:

• Members must have an active AIA Vitality or AIA Vitality Plus membership at the time of booking to receive the discount.

2. Benefit details:

• The discount is for hotel accommodation only.

• AIA Vitality Plus members are entitled to two types of accommodation discounts with this benefit: status-based discounts and fixed-rate discounts. The status-based discount can be used up to 4 times per membership year and depends on the member's AIA Vitality status at the time of booking through the Expedia platform on the AIA+ application, as shown in the table above. Members can receive up to a 20% discount, with a maximum of 1,000 baht per booking. Additionally, they can receive an 8% discount, calculated from the pre-discount accommodation cost, up to a maximum of 160 baht per booking for the 5th booking onwards. 

• AIA Vitality members are entitled to an accommodation discount with this benefit up to 4 times per membership year, receiving a fixed 8% discount across all statuses, calculated from the pre-discount accommodation cost, with a maximum of 160 baht per booking. 

• Both types of members can check their remaining benefit quota for the current membership year on the Expedia benefits page in the "AIA Vitality" menu on the AIA+ application.

• Benefits do not carry over to the next membership year if not fully used. 

• The details of amenities and other additional services (e.g., Wi-Fi, breakfast) that come with the accommodation will be specified on the accommodation detail page in the Expedia system on the AIA+ application.

• This benefit cannot be used as a discount on taxes and service charges, cancellation penalties, cost differences from changing accommodations, administrative fees, or other miscellaneous expenses.

• This discount cannot be applied to flight bookings, car rentals, or any package bookings.

3. Using AIA Vitality discounts:

• The discount applies to accommodation bookings through Expedia on the AIA+ application by clicking “Expedia” in the “AIA Vitality” menu only (bookings made directly through the Expedia website or application will not receive the AIA Vitality discount under any circumstances).

• The discount received by the member depends on their AIA Vitality status at the time of booking through the designated channels.

• AIA Vitality members must be named as one of the guests to receive this discount benefit.

• The AIA Vitality discount cannot be combined with the Expedia Rewards program. You will not be able to earn or redeem Expedia points with bookings using this benefit.

• The discount is only applicable to “Pay Now” bookings. If you choose “Pay at Hotel,” you will not receive the discount.

• You must click "Use a coupon, credit or promotion code " to generate a promo code, then click "Apply" before payment to receive the discount. All accommodation prices displayed beforehand are pre-discount prices.

• In the case of booking multiple rooms in one reservation, the promo code will only apply to the accommodation cost of the first room.

• Once the discount code is used and the accommodation booking is successfully made through the system, the member is considered to have used the benefit quota. The discount code cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash and cannot be reused even if you change or cancel the booking.

4. Cancellation of bookings:

• Cancellation policies are subject to individual hotel terms and conditions. Details and terms of cancellation will be specified in the booking confirmation email.

• Cancellation penalties are subject to the terms and conditions of each booking. Penalties incurred from cancellations will be calculated from the pre-discount accommodation cost. Members will receive a refund for eligible cancellations within 14 business days through the bank channel used for credit or debit card payments.

• Members will regain their accommodation discount quota for the membership year when canceling a “Refundable” booking only. The process of restoring the quota to the AIA Vitality system will be completed within 14 business days. If the quota restoration is not completed within the membership year, it will be considered an unused benefit and cannot be transferred to the next membership year. For partial cancellations (canceling some rooms), members will receive a refund for the canceled accommodation cost but will not regain the quota since the benefit for that booking is considered fully used.

• Accommodation cancellations must be made on the Expedia website only. You can cancel the booking by clicking “Manage booking, change or cancel” as indicated in the booking confirmation email.

5. General Terms:

• The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards

• This discount code may not be transferred or sold.  

• Discount codes obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.

• Expedia reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time and to cancel any bookings made where the discount was improperly obtained or used to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
