Present your AIA Vitality membership card/e-card the AIA+ mobile application to staff at the point of service before enjoy the benefit.

Step 2 - Present your e-Card

Present your AIA Vitality membership card/e-card the AIA+ mobile application to receive free Vision Screening.

Step 3 - Submit results

Earn 500 Vitality Points from your Vision Screening by submitting the results.

Step 4 - Automatically earn points

Points will automatically be reflected within 3-5 days after assessment date.

What You Need to Know

  • Receive a free upgrade to Blue Lock lenses (blue light filtering lenses) valued up to 1,000 THB when purchasing eyeglass frames with lenses.

  • Customers must present their AIA Vitality membership card or electronic card to staff at the service counter.

  • If the value of the lens upgrade exceeds 1,000 THB, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

  • This special offer is available exclusively at Monde Eyewear stores.

  • This offer is valid for AIA Vitality members only.

  • The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Limited to one privilege per AIA Vitality member throughout the promotional period.
