Step 2 - Present your e-Card

Present your AIA Vitality membership card/e-card the AIA+ mobile application to staff at the point of service before enjoy the benefit.

Visit a participating branch of Monde Eyewear nationwide.

Step 2 - Present your e-Card

Present your AIA Vitality membership card/e-card the AIA+ mobile application to receive free Vision Screening.

Step 3 - Submit results

Earn 500 Vitality Points from your Vision Screening by submitting the results.

Step 4 - Automatically earn points

Points will automatically be reflected within 3-5 days after assessment date.

Terms and Conditions

  • Receive a complimentary eyewear package (frames + lenses) valued at 990 THB when purchasing any eyewear package (frames + lenses) priced at 3,990 THB or above.

  • If an AIA Vitality member chooses a complimentary eyewear package with a value higher than 990 THB, the member may use the 990 THB value as a discount toward the selected package.

  • The 990 THB discount cannot be applied to the first eyewear package priced at 3,990 THB.

  • This privilege is available to all AIA Vitality membership types.

  • This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

  • Limited to one complimentary eyewear package per AIA Vitality member throughout the promotion period.

  • The benefit cannot be redeemed by showing a screenshot or any other method not specified.

  • Promotion period: 1 April 2026 – 31 December 2026.
