Starting from 25 October 2025, AIA Vitality members who have earned at least 10,000 AIA Vitality points in their current membership year (Silver status or higher) can redeem lifestyle rewards via the AIA+ application every month. The number of monthly reward redemptions depends on your membership type as follows:

AIA Vitality members will be eligible to choose monthly lifestyle rewards based on their current AIA Vitality status, which is determined by the number of points accumulated during the current membership year. The higher your points, the more reward options you can unlock.

Easily Redeem Your Rewards via the AIA+ Application by Following These Steps:

STEP 1 - Accumulate at least 10,000

Accumulate at least 10,000 AIA Vitality points

STEP 2 - Open the AIA+ app

go to the AIA Vitality menu, and tap on “Monthly Status Reward”

STEP 3 - Get Reward

Select your preferred reward and confirm the redemption

Once you’ve earned more than 10,000 points in the current membership year, you’ll be eligible to redeem rewards every month—starting on the 1st of each month. Each month's redemption period ends on the last day of that month. If you do not redeem your reward within the month, the benefit will be forfeited for that period. For coupons that have been successfully redeemed, members will be able to use them within 30 days from the date of redemption.

Please note: If a member has earned only 2,000 AIA Vitality points in the current membership year, but the status shown in the AIA+ app is Gold (based on last year’s status), the member will not be eligible for this new benefit yet, as they have not reached the minimum requirement of 10,000 points in the current membership year.

Terms and Conditions for Reward Redemption

  • AIA Vitality Plus members who have earned at least 10,000 AIA Vitality points in the current membership year are entitled to redeem up to 2 Monthly Status Rewards per month.
  • AIA Vitality members who have earned at least 10,000 AIA Vitality points in the current membership year are entitled to redeem up to 1 Monthly Status Reward per month.
  • If a member earns enough points to upgrade their status during the month but has already redeemed their reward for that month, the increased reward options will be available starting the following month.
  • Reward redemption opens on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of the same month. If the reward is not redeemed within the month, the benefit will be forfeited.
  • Coupons redeemed as rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of redemption. If not used within the validity period, the reward will be forfeited.
  • AIA Vitality Plus membership must meet the eligibility criteria as defined by the company.
  • AIA Vitality members can upgrade to AIA Vitality Plus within 30 days before the end of the current membership year or within 30 days after the start of the new membership year by tapping the “Upgrade” icon in the AIA+ app and paying the AIA Vitality Plus premium of THB 1,400.
  • Available rewards vary by status and may change from month to month.
  • Rewards are limited to 10,000 redemptions per item per month and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, as well as the value of rewards per campaign cycle. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the AIA+ application or other official communication channels.
  • The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards

  • Reserved for AIA Vitality members who have received the reward through the Monthly Status Reward benefit.
  • The reward can be used to redeem a movie ticket. Seat reservations can be made at SF Cinema ticket counters, self-service kiosks, the SF Cinema website, or the SF Cinema mobile application.
  • Redemption is valid for same-day use only. Advance reservations for future dates are not permitted.
  • Each ticket is valid for 1 Deluxe Seat.
  • Members may upgrade to Premium Seat, Prime Seat, or 3D movies by paying the price difference.
  • For MEGA BLOCKBUSTER movies, members must pay the applicable price difference, starting from THB 20, depending on the seat type.
  • The movie ticket is valid at SF WORLD CINEMA, SFX CINEMA, and SF CINEMA branches nationwide, excluding Emprive Cineclub.
  • The movie ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted to cash. Resale is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to reject tickets used in violation of these terms.
  • This ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional campaigns.
  • To redeem the reward, members must claim it via the AIA+ application and present the original redemption code to SF staff. Screenshots or other forms of code presentation are not accepted.

  • Limited to one phone number per Viu account, and the benefit can be redeemed only once.
  • If you are already a Viu Premium subscriber, you cannot activate this package again. You must cancel your existing Viu Premium subscription before redeeming this benefit.
  • The Viu Premium package includes 30 days of free access. After that, it will automatically renew at the regular rate of THB 149 per 30 days, until the subscription is canceled.
  • You can download unlimited series and variety shows, subject to your device’s storage capacity. Downloaded content is available for 7 days from the download date.
  • You can stream on up to 5 devices simultaneously.

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused benefits or mid-term cancellations.

  • The e-Coupon can be used to purchase any beverage valued up to THB 150. If the beverage exceeds this value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • The e-Coupon is valid only within the specified period indicated on the coupon.
  • The e-Coupon can be used to purchase any product at Starbucks stores nationwide in Thailand only.
  • The e-Coupon cannot be used to top up a Starbucks Card and does not qualify for Starbucks® Rewards benefits.
  • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The e-Coupon cannot be used if duplicated.
  • Redemption is not valid if the coupon code is presented via copied or screenshot images under any circumstances.
  • To redeem the benefit, members must claim it via the AIA+ application and present the original redemption code to Starbucks staff. Screenshots or other forms of code presentation are not accepted.

  • The e-Coupon can be used to purchase any Boost Juice Bars beverage valued up to THB 150. If the beverage exceeds this value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • Valid at all Boost Juice Bars locations in Thailand only.
  • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid for one-time use per receipt.
  • The e-Coupon cannot be partially applied and no refunds will be given for any unused balance.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the coupon value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • The e-Coupon cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • The e-Coupon is valid only within the specified period.
  • Vibe Club points cannot be earned from purchases made using this e-Coupon.

  • This e-Voucher is equivalent to THB 300 in cash value.
  • The e-Voucher is valid only within the specified period.
  • The e-Voucher can be used as cash value as stated.
  • Valid for dine-in and takeaway orders only. Not applicable for delivery.
  • No limit on the number of e-Vouchers used per receipt.
