“เพิ่มความคุ้มครองที่ AIA Smart Network” is a limited time campaign that offers additional benefits to eligible customers at no extra cost for seeking care within AIA Smart Network.
AIA individual customers of all ages who are insured under any of the following medical riders –AIA Health Happy, AIA Health Happy – UDR, AIA H&S Plus Gold, AIA Health Saver, AIA Health Saver – UDR, AIA H&S Extra, AIA H&S Extra – UDR, AIA H&S Extra (new standard), AIA H&S Extra (new standard) – UDR, AIA H&S (new standard), AIA H&S (new standard) – UDR, and H&S (1959T, 1959T – UDR, 1960, 7000, 7002) – are eligible for the relevant extra benefits, applicable to both Premium Paying Riders and Unit Deductible Riders.
Simply receive treatment at an AIA Smart Network hospital during the campaign period. The benefits apply automatically. You don’t need to register.

AIA has selected leading private hospitals with specialized medical teams in treatment, working closely with AIA to enhance the efficiency of customer care. This initiative aims to provide greater convenience and faster service for customers holding AIA health insurance policies when receiving treatment at hospitals participating in the AIA Smart Network. Customers will also enjoy special privileges when receiving care at these hospitals.

The 45-day grace period starting from campaign start date (18 November 2025) is the period that allows the insured to receive treatment outside AIA Smart Network and still be eligible for campaign benefits at AIA Smart Network hospitals.
Depending on the relevant medical rider you may have, your annual limit is increased 20% and coverage duration for daily room and board and physician fees is extended to 365 days per confinement with no extra charge to you.

For example, if you have Health Happy Plan 1 MB, your annual limit will increase from 1,000,000 THB to 1,200,000 THB, and your Double CI benefit will increase from 2,000,000 THB to 2,400,000 THB when you receive treatment at an AIA Smart Network hospital during the campaign period.

For example, if you have H&S Plus Gold Plan 1, your Max per Policy Year and Max per Major Accident Confinement will increase from 1,000,000 THB to 1,200,000 THB, and the Hospital Daily Room & Board limit (excluding ICU) and Daily In-Hospital Consultation limit will be extended from 125 days to 365 days per confinement when you receive treatment at an AIA Smart Network hospital during the campaign period. ICU remains covered under original limit.

For example, if you have AIA Health Saver Plan 1, your Max per Confinement for item 3–6, 12 combined and Max per Policy Year for item 9–11 will increase from 200,000 THB to 240,000 THB, and your Double CI benefit will increase from 400,000 THB to 480,000 THB when you receive treatment at an AIA Smart Network hospital during the campaign period. Max per Confinement for item 2.1-2.4 remains unchanged.

During the campaign period, if you receive treatment at an AIA Smart Network hospital, your Hospital Daily Room & Board limit (excluding ICU) and Daily In-Hospital Consultation limit will be extended from 125 days to 365 days per confinement, regardless of any series of H&S you may have. ICU remains covered under original limit.

• The Campaign is a limited time campaign that offers additional benefits to eligible customers at no extra cost for seeking care within AIA Smart Network. This campaign is valid for one (1) year, commencing on 18 November 2025 and ending on 17 November 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
AIA encourages our customers to access treatment through AIA Smart Network hospitals:
• Higher Benefits: Customers using AIA Smart Network hospitals will receive increased coverage, which may reduce out-of-pocket costs, and faster claims processing.
• Optimized Resources: AIA Smart Network hospitals are selected for their quality and efficiency, ensuring better care and service.
• This campaign is provided as a complimentary value-added benefit for customers who receive treatment at AIA Smart Network during campaign period.
• It is intended to support customers in making informed healthcare choices and medical necessity, reduce out-of-pocket, reduce financial burden and a study for future campaign design.
• Customers are encouraged to appreciate the additional benefits offered and understand that this program is not subject to dispute, as there is no additional premium charge on it.
• Eligibility applies to in-force insureds holding eligible medical riders as specified by AIA. More than 98% of our customers (as of 1 Oct 2025) is eligible for this campaign. However, AIA regrets if you are in the small portion that has not yet received the benefits offered under this campaign.
• AIA will announce its campaign through all digital channels, which includes website, AIA+ application, EDM, social media, ALive application, SMS and includes our channel’s communication platforms, bank partners, AIA Smart Network hospitals. In addition, AIA is not responsible for customers who fail to update their contact details for any reason(s) and, as a result, do not receive campaign-related communications. This campaign is provided as a complimentary value-added benefit for customers who receive treatment at AIA Smart Network.
• Benefits are applicable automatically only when treatments are received at AIA Smart Network hospitals.
• The campaign does not cover non-medically necessary services or treatments outside the scope of the insurance policy.
• In case a customer received treatments from non-AIA Smart Network, will have no right to claim for additional benefits that offer under this campaign.
• Participation in the campaign is voluntary and does not restrict customers from seeking care outside the network.
• Customers retain full rights under their insurance policy to choose their healthcare provider.
• Any claim (except for an emergency as defined in the endorsement) made at a hospital outside the AIA Smart Network, using benefits from medical riders under this campaign, will terminate eligibility for the campaign.
• This is one year campaign and AIA reserves the right to amend, or extend this campaign, by informing customer 30-day prior notice.
• These Terms and Conditions are provided in Thai and English. In case of discrepancies, the Thai version shall prevail.
