- Get adequate sleep. Wake up fresh, with positive vibe and feel energetic.
- Strategically plan and organize your daily tasks, and carve out sufficient time to exercise, before or after work.
- Give yourself a break for some stretching and physical movement every 1-2 hours.
- Have 3 meals a day, on time with a balanced diet.
- Reduce sugar, fat, carbohydrate and deep-fried food intakes and avoid snacking all day long.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
- Build a consistent workout routine for 3-5 days a week, at least 30 minutes a day.
