• _{AIA Vitality members who complete the first 5 questions of "The Covid-19 Stress Level Assessment" during 1 February – 30 April 2020 at 23.59 hrs. will be awarded 100 special Vitality Points under “Others” category in the AIA Vitality Points Statement regardless of the test result. Vitality Points under Others category are capped at 500 points/membership year.}

• _{Vitality Points will be awarded to your Points Statement for completed and verified data submission. Points will be awarded in 6 rounds:}

  • _{Assessment completed between 1 – 14 February 2021, points awarded within 24 February 2021.}

  • _{Assessment completed between 15 – 28 February 2021, points awarded within 8 March 2021.}

  • _{Assessment completed between 1 – 15 March 2021, points awarded within 25 March 2021.}

  • _{Assessment completed between 16 – 31 March 2021, points awarded within 9 April 2021.}

  • _{Assessment completed between 1 – 15 April 2021, points awarded within 26 April 2021.}

  • _{Assessment completed between 16 – 30 April 2021, points awarded within 10 May 2021.}

• _{Participation of the COVID-19 Stress Level Assessment to earn 100 points is limit to 1 time per member.}

• _{The campaign winners of 2 prizes of Fitbit (the right of color selection reserved) will be announced on 20 May 2021 on this webpage. AIA will contact the winners via the mobile numbers provided to AIA Vitality to confirm the postal address. If the winner did not receive the package, the package is lost or failed to deliver, AIA will not be responsible in any case.}
