To accommodate the situation, AIA Vitality will be applying cashback reward relaxation policy, details as follows.

1. Membership Fee

• Generally, Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness members with AIA Vitality contract will receive 10% discount on normal membership rate. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness have applied MyFit Special, a reduced membership rate, for members in impacted clubs. MyFit Special offers greater savings for AIA Vitality members, the reduced membership fee has been applied for members of the impacted clubs automatically. AIA Vitality discount will apply when the club charges at normal rate again.

2. Monthly Cashback – calculated from AIA Vitality Status (current benefit)

• Members of Fitness First at The Mall Korat, Central Khonkaen, Central Udonthani, and Central Hat Yai branches will receive cashback benefit following the normal conditions.

• Members of Fitness First in the remaining branches (not including the 4 branches mentioned above) and Celebrity Fitness will receive January and February cashback from AIA Vitality based on the Vitality Status as of 25 February 2021. The cashback reward will be paid on 15 March 2021. (If your status as of 25 January is higher than 25 February, you will receive cashback reward based on the status in January.)

Please note that should the COVID-19 situation result in further impact to the operation of Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness in February and March 2021, AIA Vitality reserves the right to change or amend the relaxation policy. Should the changes occur, AIA Vitality will issue an announcement.

Remarks:

• Member with an in force legacy contract (quarterly cashback benefit) will receive a cashback reward for Quarter 1 (January – March 2021) upon reaching 16 gym visits (reduced from 24 gym visits). This relaxation policy applies to all clubs nationwide. Terms and conditions of quarterly cashback reward apply.

• The above special relaxation policy does not apply to freeze contract in which the member has requested before Fitness First announced temporary closures.
