Terms and Conditions:

• This activity is reserved for AIA Vitality members who maintain their AIA Vitality membership status on the date of participation and the date of receiving the reward.

• AIA Vitality members must complete and submit results for all 4 basic health checks and earn AIA Vitality points through the AIA+ application. This process is valid only from 1 April to 30 June 2024, and the checkup date must fall within your current membership year. Members who have already earned AIA Vitality points from basic health checks in the same membership year but are not within the campaign period will not be eligible for rewards from this campaign.

• Members will receive rewards for completing 4 basic health checks, limited to once per membership year, whether through this campaign or other campaigns.

• AIA Vitality points can be earned from the basic health checks once per membership year.

• AIA Vitality members will receive rewards from this campaign after AIA Vitality has verified that the member has submitted eligible data for all 4 basic health screenings according to AIA Vitality terms and conditions and within the specified timeframe. Members will receive the rewards via email according to the following schedule:

Terms of use for SF Cinema movie tickets:

• The reward ticket is redeemable for a movie ticket at SF movie ticket counters, automatic movie ticket kiosks, and the SF Cinema website and application.

• The privilege of redeeming movie tickets is reserved only for the same day. The ticket cannot be used to reserve a seat for a different day.

• Each ticket is valid for redemption for 1 Deluxe Seat movie ticket.

• In the event that the movie ticket value exceeds that of a Deluxe Seat, additional payment can be made to upgrade to Premium Seat, Prime Seat, or 3D movies.

• For movies with adjusted prices, the price difference must be paid according to the movie's ticket price rate.

• These movie tickets are valid at SF WORLD CINEMA, SFX CINEMA, and all SF CINEMA branches except Emprive Cineclub.

• These movie tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash and cannot be used for resale purposes. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the use of the movie tickets.
  

• These movie tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional activities.

Terms of use for Popcorn Mini Set voucher:

• Each voucher entitles the holder to a free "Popcorn Mini Set" including a 46 oz mini size popcorn and a soft drink (choose between canned coke 325 ml or bottled water 550 ml).

• This special privilege can be redeemed at EMPRIVE CINECLUB, SF WORLD CINEMA, SFX CINEMA, and all SF CINEMA branches.

• This special privilege cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, or for any other items.

• This special privilege cannot be transferred to others and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional activities.

• In case of additional expenses or additional services beyond the terms and conditions, the user is responsible for directly bearing the incurred expenses to the service provider.
