Campaign terms and conditions:

• Reserved exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members who still hold an active membership on the service date and have an individual AIA Vitality policy.

• Members can view and redeem the e-Voucher rewards via the AIA+ application under the "Benefits" menu, by selecting "Exclusive Offers/Rewards from Campaign" starting on the 10th of the following month from when they upgraded to AIA Vitality Plus.

• If a member does not redeem the reward by 31 March 2025, it will be considered forfeited.

• Each AIA Vitality Plus member is entitled to redeem only one reward throughout the campaign period, choosing either Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or the IV – DRIP VITAMIN BOOSTER with the Perfect White Radiant formula. Once a reward is confirmed, it cannot be changed to another.

• After confirming the reward, the e-Coupon will appear under "My Coupons," where members can click "Redeem" to use the e-Coupon at the time of service. The e-Coupon is valid for 24 hours after redemption.

• This benefit cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, or substituted for any other item.

• The benefit cannot be transferred to others and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

• In case of disputes, AIA's decision is final.

• AIA reserves the right to amend the campaign terms and will notify changes through this campaign page.

• The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards

Terms and conditions for Free Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or IV – DRIP VITAMIN BOOSTER with Perfect White Radiant Formula:

• Reserved exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members with active membership status on the service date, holding an individual AIA Vitality policy.

• Campaign period: 10 November 2024 – 31 March 2025.

• If the reward is not redeemed by 31 March 2025, it will be considered forfeited.

• This special offer is valid only at Masterpiece Hospital.

• There is a limit of 50 coupons per month for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and IV – DRIP VITAMIN BOOSTER, totaling 250 coupons for the campaign period.

• Each AIA Vitality Plus member may redeem only one reward throughout the campaign, choosing either Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or IV – DRIP VITAMIN BOOSTER, not both.

• This benefit cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, or substituted for any other item.

• The benefit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

• Redeeming the benefit through the AIA+ application constitutes full use of that benefit. AIA will not compensate or replace the benefit in case of user errors.

• In case of additional expenses or services beyond these terms and conditions, the user is responsible for any costs directly with the service partner.

• AIA reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions with prior notice through the company’s communication channels.

• For inquiries or complaints regarding services, products, or offers provided by the service partner, please contact the partner directly. In case of disputes, AIA’s decision is final.

Terms and conditions for the 15% Discount on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or any IV-Drip Vitamin Booster:

• Reserved exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members who still hold an active membership on the service date and have an individual AIA Vitality policy.

• Campaign period: 10 November 2024 – 31 March 2025.

• If the reward is not redeemed by 31 March 2025, it will be considered forfeited.

• The discount benefit can be used an unlimited number of times throughout the campaign period.

• This special offer is valid only at Masterpiece Hospital.

• This benefit cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, or substituted for any other item.

• The benefit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

• Redeeming the benefit through the AIA+ application constitutes full use of that benefit. AIA will not compensate or replace the benefit in case of user errors.
