Announcement: Changes to AIA Vitality Plus Membership Benefit Period and Activation Process for New AIA Vitality Members

1. Changes to the Benefit Period for AIA Vitality Plus Members

  • AIA Vitality Plus members who achieve Platinum status will receive their Platinum Rewards—an 800 THB cashback via AIAPAY—faster. The reward will be issued within 30 days* from the membership anniversary date, instead of the previous 60-day timeframe. This change applies to members whose anniversary date falls on or after 25 October 2025.

  • Members who wish to upgrade to AIA Vitality Plus or renew their AIA Vitality Plus membership can now do so via the AIA+ application, but only within 30 days before or after the start of their new membership year. (Previously, upgrades were allowed at any time during the membership year.) The AIA Vitality Plus premium will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the coverage period. This condition will take effect from 25 October 2025 onward.

*Members must hold an active AIA Vitality Plus membership on the date the cashback is issued. If the premium for the current membership year has not been paid, AIA Vitality reserves the right to withhold this benefit.

2. Activation Process for New AIA Vitality Members

Starting 25 October 2025, new AIA Vitality members, whether under individual or group policies, must activate their AIA Vitality account themselves via the AIA+ application. This is to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and ensure proper identity verification.

Members who joined the program before 25 October 2025 can continue to access the AIA+ app as usual to earn points and enjoy their benefits.
