How to participate

2. Receive free mental health consultation and Vitality points

• AIA policyholders and AIA Vitality members, receive a code for mental health consultation via True HEALTH application if the result shows symptoms of depression.

• AIA Vitality members earn up to 100 Vitality points for completing the assessment.

• _{The campaign is for AIA policyholders with any enforce individual policy and AIA Vitality members with active status during the campaign period.}

• _{AIA reserves the right to select and award the code to redeem for a mental health consultation at True HEALTH application to customers with symptoms of depression via the email submitted with the participation form.}

• _{Limit 10,000 codes throughout the campaign period.}

• _{Limit 1 participation per 1 customer. If you submit the assessment more than once, only the first one will be used for the purpose of this campaign.}

• _{AIA Vitality members earn up to 100 Vitality points for the date that the assessment is taken. Points will be awarded for an activity in the “Others” category, up to 500 Vitality points each membership year.}
