Simply complete the new Online Assessment via the AIA Vitality menu on the AIA+ app (version 6.1.0 or later) between 1 - 31 October 2026. Upon completion, you'll discover your Vitality Age, a personalized indicator that helps you better understand your current health status. You'll also gain access to Healthy Futures, a new feature that provides insights into your future health outlook and highlights the areas of your health that may need more attention.

STEP 1

Complete the New Online Assessment

Complete the new Online Assessment on the AIA+ app between 1 - 31 October 2026. Members who have already earned AIA Vitality points from this activity, or who are not yet eligible to receive points for their second assessment cycle within their membership year, can still participate in this campaign. However, members who previously received a Starbucks e-Coupon from the earlier campaign are not eligible for this campaign reward.

Be Among the First 4,000 Members to Complete the Assessment

The first 4,000 members who successfully complete the assessment will receive a THB 100 Major Cineplex movie ticket discount code. The reward can be claimed via: AIA+ App > Privileges > Redeem for Free Reward redemption will be available from 10 November 2026 onwards.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • This campaign is open to all AIA Vitality members with an individual policy.

  • Eligible members who successfully complete the new Online Assessment in accordance with the campaign requirements will be able to view and redeem a THB 100 Major Cineplex movie ticket discount Promo Code via the AIA+ app under "Privileges" > "Free Rewards" from 10 November 2026 onwards.

  • Members who do not redeem their reward by 31 December 2026 will be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement.

  • Members who have already completed an Online Assessment during their current membership year may still participate in this campaign by successfully completing the new Online Assessment within the campaign period. However, members who previously received a Starbucks e-Coupon from the July-August 2026 New Online Assessment Campaign are not eligible to receive a reward from this campaign.

  • Members who have already earned the maximum points available for the Online Assessment category in their current membership year will not receive additional AIA Vitality points.

  • Each member is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) Promo Code throughout the campaign period.

  • Rewards are limited to 4,000 entitlements throughout the campaign period.

  • One (1) Promo Code provides a THB 100 discount on a regular-priced movie ticket with a minimum ticket price of THB 120. The Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with Movie Day, Morning Price, Day Pass, Movie at Night, or any other promotional discounts.

  • The Promo Code is valid for redemption only through Major Cineplex E-Ticket kiosks or the Major Application.

  • The Promo Code is valid only for Normal Seats in standard Digital 2D screenings. Members may upgrade to Honeymoon Seats or Premium Seats, or upgrade to 3D or Dolby Atmos screenings by paying the applicable price difference.

  • The Promo Code cannot be used for special cinema formats, including IMAX, IMAX Laser, 4DX, VIP Cinema, and ScreenX.

  • The Promo Code cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

  • The Promo Code is valid at all Major Cineplex Group cinema locations nationwide.

  • Major Cineplex Group reserves the right to refuse redemption if it is found that the Promo Code has already been used, duplicated, altered, or tampered with in any way.

  • The reward Promo Code is valid for use from 10 November 2026 to 31 December 2026 only.

  • Any unused reward after the validity period expires will be deemed forfeited.

  • Once a member confirms redemption, the Promo Code will appear under "My Coupons" > "Available" in the AIA+ app. Members may select "Use Now" to apply the code before completing payment at any participating Major Cineplex location nationwide.

  • Members must present the Promo Code directly from the AIA+ app to receive the benefit. Only Promo Codes displayed within the AIA+ app will be accepted. Screenshots or any other form of code presentation will not be accepted.

  • Successful redemption through the AIA+ app shall be deemed a completed use of the entitlement. AIA reserves the right not to compensate, replace, or reissue any entitlement in the event of errors caused by the member.

  • AIA reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel these terms and conditions, with prior notice provided through the Company's communication channels.

  • Any enquiries, complaints, or disputes relating to products, services, or offers provided by the participating partner should be directed to the partner directly. In the event of any dispute, AIA's decision shall be final.
