Event Agenda:

12:30 – 13:30: Registration and Basic Health Check

13:30 – 13:40: Event Opening

13:40 – 14:10: Nutrition talk on "Biohacking Eating – Designing Good Health with Food" (Live streaming format)

14:10 – 14:30: Prepare for Fitness Test

14:30 – 15:45: Group Fitness Test

16:00 – 16:30: Receive Virgin Active souvenirs, special promotions, and claim your AIA Vitality points.

AIA Vitality members earn up to 5,500 AIA Vitality points from the activities:

1.     Fitness Test: earn up to 1,500 points (750 Vitality points for taking the Fitness Test and an additional 750 Vitality Points if the results are within the healthy range)

2.     Nutrition Consultation: earn up to 1,000 points by participating in the Biohacking Eating nutrition talk.

3.     Basic Health Check: earn up to 3,000 Vitality points (earn 750 Vitality points for each screening and an additional 750 points for each result within the healthy range)

·         Body Mass Index (BMI)

·         Blood Pressure

Registration for the event is open from today until 3 October 2023.

  • Reserved for AIA Vitality members who maintain their AIA Vitality membership throughout the campaign period and and on the event date, and are located in Thailand. AIA Vitality members refer to both AIA Vitality members, and AIA Vitality Plus members.

  • AIA Vitality points earning terms and conditions apply.

  • Participants must not have any chronic illnesses that hinder physical exercise, have the ability to engage in physical activities, have not received a physician's advice against exercising, and must wear sportswear and sports shoes during the activity. (Lockers are available free of charge, and towels are provided at selected branches.   • Members may earn points for fitness test, basic health check, and nutritional consultation through the QR code presented by the staff on the event day only. Members will receive the points within 7 working days after the event, and the points will be reflected on the event participation date.
