Advanced screening allows you to detect serious illnesses earlier, so as to increase the chance of cure and recovery. You can earn AIA Vitality points from submitting your screening results.

Advanced screening includes: • Pap Smear (females aged 21 or above) • Mammogram (females aged 40 or above) • Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test (males aged 50 or above) • Fecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) (all adults aged 45 or above) • HIV Test (all adults) • Chest X-ray (all adults aged 40 or above) • Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) (all adults aged 40 or above) • Ultrasound Whole Abdomen (all adults aged 40 or above) • Eye examination by an ophthalmologist* (all adults aged 40 or above) • FibroScan: A liver fibrosis and fat assessment (all adults aged 40 and above) • Bone Mineral Density (BMD or DEXA) Test (all adults aged 65 and above) |

Points earn 1,000 AIA Vitality points for each screening. The maximum points may vary for each member depending on age and gender. |

Frequency earn points once per membership year for each screening. For pap smear, you will earn 1,000 Vitality points in the current year and the following two consecutive membership years. |

How to claim points from Advanced Screening
1. On AIA Vitality tab, tap "See all" next to "Assessments"
2. Choose "Advanced Screening"
3. Tap "Claim Points"
4. Select the date as shown in your document.
5. Choose the screening you want to claim points and tap "Continue".
6. Submit your proof by taking a photo via the app or uploading a file then tap "Continue".
7. Take a clear photo of your proof then tap an icon at the top left corner to continue.
8. Tap "Add photo" to provide a complete document if needed and tab "Continue" to proceed.
9. Select another health screening to claim more points or select "No" to continue.
10. Recheck the details and tap "Submit result" to claim points. Points will appear in the points history.
