How to complete "How healthy are you?" online assessment
1. Go to AIA Vitality menu and tap "See all" at Assessments section.
2. Choose “How healthy are you?” from "Online" tab.
3. Tab “Start assessment”
4. Answer all the questions according to your health data and behaviors.
5. Recheck the details and tap “Submit result” to complete the assessment. Points will appear in the Points History.
Earn up to 5,500 Vitality points/membership year from the following online assessments:
Note: The maximum points you can earn for doing both the online "How well are you eating?" assessment and face-to-face nutrition consultation are 2,500 points per membership year.
