How to complete the Non-smoker’s declaration
1. Go to AIA Vitality menu and tap "See all" at Assessments section.
2. Choose “Non-smoker’s declaration” from "Online" tab.
3. Tab “Start assessment”
4. Choose “Yes” to declare that you are a non-smoker or have quitted for at least 3 months then tap “Continue”
5. Recheck the details and tap “Submit result” to complete the assessment. Points will appear in the Points History.
Earn up to 5,500 Vitality points/membership year from the following online assessments:
Note: The maximum points you can earn for doing both the online "How well are you eating?" assessment and face-to-face nutrition consultation are 2,500 points per membership year.
