Points earn 1,000 Vitality Points per completion, up to 2,000 points per membership year. You will earn up to 2,500 points/membership year for doing both the online "How Well Are You Eating?" assessment and face-to-face consultation. |

Document such as medical certificate or receipt with nutrition consultation details, your full name, hospital or clinic name, and date. |
Note: Points will be awarded based on the document date. If the date falls within a previous membership year, the points will be awarded to that previous year. Documents dated in a previous membership year cannot be used to earn points for the current year.
Where to get nutrition consultation?
AIA Vitality Health Check Network hospitals get exclusive rates of health check packages at the participating hospitals.
Any hospitals with nutrition doctors, nutritionists or dietitians.
How to claim points for Nutrition Consultation
1. Go to AIA Vitality menu and tap "See all" at Assessments section.
2. Choose “Face to Face” then tap “Nutrition Consultation”
3. Tap “Claim Points”
4. Select the date as shown in your document.
5. Submit your proof by taking a photo via the app or uploading a file then tap “Continue”
6. Take a clear photo of your proof then tap an icon at the top left corner to continue.
7. Tap “Add photo" to provide a complete document and tab “Continue” to proceed.
8. Select another health screening to claim more points or select “No” to continue.
9. Recheck the details and tap “Submit result” to claim points. Points will appear in the points history.
