Self-challenges are easy to achieve activities that build positive behavioural changes over time. Make small changes to your habits, get healthier, and earn AIA Vitality points for achieving the challenges.

Self-challenges You can join as many challenges as you wish at the same time. The challenges to help you create healthier behaviours inculde:
  • Behavioural challenges  Start a challenge and submit result when the challenge period ends.
    • Say no to sugar for 7 days
    • Digital detox your dinnertime for 7 days
    • Raise a glass to moderation for 30 days
  • Exercise challenges Start a challenge, link supported fitness devices and apps with the AIA+ app, and track your workouts within the challenge period. The eligible workouts must pass the exercise points earning conditions e.g., exercise at 60% max heart rate for 30 minutes continuously.
    • 5 km challenge within 56 days
    • 10 km challenge within 42 days
    • 5-day workout challenge
Points Earn 50 points when acheiveing one challenge, up to 500 points per membership year.
