3 steps to earn Vitality points from tracking your sleep
Choose a Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch or Samsung Gear models that support sleep tracking.
Link your device with its supporting app and share sleep data to the AIA+ mobile application. Fitness devices that earn you sleep points:
• Fibit
• Garmin
• Apple Watch and share your sleep data to Health app
• Samsung Galaxy Watch, Samsung Gear, or Samsung Ring
Wear your device to sleep. Your daily sleep hour counts from noon to 11:59 am the next day.
Important Notes About Health Data Syncing:
- Points are awarded based on the data tracked by your device. Not all models track sleep.
- After connecting and allowing access to your health data, please remember to open the AIA+ app and sync your data regularly, as some apps or devices may not automatically send data to AIA Vitality.
- We recommend syncing your data at least 30 minutes after your workout, or at least 2 or 3 times a week, to avoid missing out on AIA Vitality points.
- The system can retrieve historical data for points calculation for up to a maximum of 30 days and only for data that still exists in the original app or device, if you do not sync your data regularly. If the data has already been deleted, for example by deleting the app or clearing app data, the system will not be able to retrieve that data for points calculation.
