Earn up to 11,500 Vitality points from the following health check-up items

• Basic Health Check earn 750 Vitality points for each screening and an additional 750 points for getting the healthy range. That’s up to 6,000 Vitality points. 

  Basic Health Check includes:

  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

  • Blood Pressure

  • Blood Glucose

  • Total Cholesterol

• Advanced Health Screening earn 1,000 points for each screening

  • Pap Smear (females aged 21 or above)

  • Mammogram (females aged 40 or above)

  • Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test (males aged 50 or above)

  • Fecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) (all adults aged 50 or above)

  • HIV Test (all adults)

• Dental Assessment earn 1,000 points

• Vision Screening earn 500 points

How to Claim Vitality points
1.    Attach JPG or PDF file (remove password protection) of your health check-up documents dated between 1 October 2020 – 30 September 2021.
2.    Attach picture of the AIA Vitality card or tell us your full name, surname, and AIA Vitality number.
3.    Submit documents via email at th.customer@aia.com. You will receive Vitality points for the date of your current membership anniversary after the documents have been verified.

FAQ:

Q: If I had my health assessment taken in the current membership year, can I submit to claim points for this campaign?
A: If you had your health assessment taken less than 3 months, you must claim via the AIA Vitality application. If it has been over 3 months, please send the document to us via email. We will award points for the date you had your assessment taken.

Q: If I had my health assessment taken in the previous membership year and have already used to claim points, can I submit to claim points for this campaign?
A: Yes, please submit your document by email to us at th.customer@aia.com. Points will be rewarded for the date of your membership anniversary.

Q: If I had my health assessment taken in the previous membership year but I have not claimed for points, can I submit to claim for both membership years?
A: AIA will only award points for the current membership year. Points will be rewarded for the date of your membership anniversary.

Q: If I had my health assessment taken before joining AIA Vitality, can I submit to claim points for this membership year?
A: Yes, please submit your document by email to us at th.customer@aia.com. Points will be rewarded for the date of your membership anniversary.

Q: Which document do I need to submit? If I cannot find the document, can I still claim points?
A: The document must be issued by a hospital, clinic, or our vision screening partner with your full name, date, and details of the assessment you’d like to claim points. For basic health screening, it should include the health check results. If the document is missing, we will not be able to award points for you.
