Take dental assessment annually to keep your teeth healthy and reduce health risks. You can earn 1,000 AIA Vitality points per membership year by submitting proof of dental check.

Document such as medical certificate or receipt with dental checkup details (e.g. scaling), your full name, hospital or clinic name, and date. |
Note: Points will be awarded based on the document date. If the date falls within a previous membership year, the points will be awarded to that previous year. Documents dated in a previous membership year cannot be used to earn points for the current year.
How to claim points from Dental Assessment
1. Open AIA Vitality menu, tab "See all" next to "Assessments" section.
2. Choose "Dental Assessment".
3. Tap "Claim Points"
4. Select the date as shown in your document.
5. Submit your proof by taking a photo via the app or uploading a file then tap "Continue".
6. Take a clear photo of your proof then tap an icon at the top left corner to continue.
7. Tap "Add photo" if needed and tab "Continue" to proceed.
8. Select another health screening to claim more points or select "No" to continue.
9. Recheck the details and tap "Submit result" to claim points. Points will appear in the points history.
