Become a new AIA Vitality member

Eligible participants must hold an AIA Vitality integrated individual policy approved between 1 October and 31 December 2024.

STEP 2

Earn 3,000 AIA Vitality points within the first 30 days

Download the AIA+ app, create an account, and earn 3,000 AIA Vitality points within 30 days from the date your policy is approved.

STEP 3

Choose your desired reward via the AIA+ app.

Select one reward from the following three options:

1) Free 7-day continuous fitness access with one personal trainer session at Fitness First.

2) Two Let’s Relax e-Coupons valued at 100 THB each.

3)  MK e-Voucher valued at 200 THB.

Campaign terms and conditions:

  • This campaign is for new AIA Vitality members with individual policies approved between 1 October 2024 and 31 December 2024 only.

  • New members must accumulate 3,000 AIA Vitality points via the AIA+ app under the "AIA Vitality" menu within 30 days from the date their policy is approved to be eligible for the reward.

  • New members who meet all the requirements of the campaign will have the right to select one reward from the following three options:

  • 1) Free 7-day continuous fitness access with one personal trainer session at Fitness First.
    2) Two Let’s Relax e-Coupons valued at 100 baht each.
    3) MK e-Voucher valued at 200 baht.

  • Members will be able to view and claim their e-Coupons/e-Vouchers via the AIA+ app in the "Privileges" menu, under "Special Reward / Campaign Reward," starting from the 10th of the following month after the member has met the campaign conditions. Members will receive the reward according to the following schedule:

  • If the reward is not claimed by 31 March 2025, it will be considered forfeited.

  • Each AIA Vitality member is entitled to claim only one reward during the campaign period. Once a member confirms their reward selection in the system, they will not be able to change it later.

  • The e-Coupon/e-Voucher received through the AIA+ app will be valid for 24 hours after the claim is made.

  • The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards

Terms and conditions for 7-Day Free Fitness Access with One Personal Trainer Session at Fitness First:

  • One code is valid for 7 consecutive days of free fitness access at a single Fitness First club during the 7-day period. 

  • This special privilege allows the fitness user to schedule one personal trainer session, which must be used within the 7-day access period.

  • Fitness users must be at least 20 years old to qualify.

  • This privilege is applicable only to individuals who are not current members of Fitness First and have no history of being suspended by Fitness First.

  • The privilege can be used at Fitness First Platinum Clubs and Premium Clubs only (it cannot be used at Club Class Icon Siam, Club39, or Zone Central World). For a full list of clubs, visit: https://www.fitnessfirst.com/th/th/clubs

  • Once the reward is confirmed, the code will appear in the “My Coupons” section. Members can click “Redeem” to claim the 7-day free fitness access and one personal trainer session at Fitness First. The code will be valid for 30 minutes after pressing “Redeem.”

  • Please present the code from the AIA+ app to Fitness First staff at the reception desk to exchange for a temporary access card, which allows entry to the club for the 7-day period. The code must be shown via the AIA+ app only (codes presented through screenshots or any other means will not be accepted).

  • Once the privilege is successfully redeemed through the AIA+ app, it is considered fully utilized. AIA will not compensate or replace the privilege in case of any errors by the user.

  • AIA reserves the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions of this service, with prior notice through the company’s communication channels.

  • For any questions or complaints regarding the service, products, or offers from partner service providers, please contact the provider directly. In the event of disputes, AIA’s decision is final.

  • This exclusive privilege cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted into cash, transferred to another person, or used in conjunction with other discounts or benefits.

Terms and conditions for using Let’s Relax e-Coupon (2 e-Coupons worth 100 baht each):

  • This e-Coupon can only be used at all Let's Relax Spa branches in Thailand.

  • The e-Coupon can be used as a discount for treatment services and packages (spa products are not included).

  • The e-Coupon is valid only within the specified period.

  • Each e-Coupon code can be used once per visit.

  • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash. It is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or benefits.

  • Once the reward is confirmed, the e-Coupon will appear in the "My Coupons" section. Members can click “Redeem” to use the e-Coupon during payment at the selected branch. The e-Coupon is valid for 24 hours after clicking "Redeem."

  • Please present the QR code from the AIA+ app to the staff to redeem the benefit. Only codes shown through the AIA+ app are accepted (codes from screenshots or other means are not valid).

  • After using one e-Coupon, if you want to redeem the remaining voucher, you can click the "Redeem" button again, and a new code will be generated. Once both vouchers are redeemed, the "Redeem" button will be disabled and replaced with "Fully redeemed."

  • Once the privilege is successfully redeemed through the AIA+ app, it is considered fully utilized. AIA will not compensate or replace the voucher in case of any errors by the user.

  • AIA reserves the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions of this service, with prior notice through the company’s communication channels.

Terms and conditions for using MK e-Voucher (200 THB):

  • Please present the code to redeem the benefit at participating MK branches. Check each branch's availability or more information at the point of sale (branches at all airports are excluded).

  • This e-Voucher is valid for take-away orders or dine-in but cannot be used for MK Delivery orders via www.mk1642.com or MK Call Center at 1642.

  • Always inform the staff and provide the code before placing an order.

  • MK reserves the right to reject invalid or expired e-Vouchers.

  • This benefit cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted into cash, transferred to others, or combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • Once the reward is confirmed, the e-Voucher will appear in the "My Coupons" section. Members can click “Redeem” to use the e-Voucher during payment at the selected branch. The e-Voucher is valid for 24 hours after clicking "Redeem."
