Link the AIA+ mobile application with a compatible fitness app or device or join our partner gym at special rate for gym membership fee.

Earn exercise points
Workout to earn points and hit the goal. Continue to workout and earn active rewards even after collecting the max 15,000 exercise points.

Terms and Conditions for Reward Redemption
- Reserved exclusively for AIA Vitality Plus members who have earned the reward through the Active Challenge.
- Coupons redeemed as rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of redemption. If not used within the validity period, the reward will be forfeited.
- Once a reward is selected and confirmed through the system, it cannot be changed to another reward.
- Successfully redeeming a reward via the AIA+ application is considered a complete use of the entitlement. AIA reserves the right not to compensate or replace the entitlement in case of any user error.
- AIA Vitality Plus membership must meet the eligibility criteria as defined by the company.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, as well as the value of rewards per campaign cycle. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the AIA+ application or other official communication channels.

How to redeem active rewards
1. AIA Vitality Plus members are automatically enrolled in the Active Challenge every 2 weeks. You can view the challenge details in the “Active Challenge” card.
2. Accumulate exercise points according to your assigned goal. You can check your exercise points for each challenge round by clicking “Details.”
3. Once you reach or exceed your exercise goal, you will earn 1 reward credit to redeem an Active Reward voucher.
4. After completing the challenge, go to the “Use vouchers” icon.
5. Click “My vouchers” to claim your reward before the expiration date.
6. Select your desired reward and click “Redeem Now.”
7. Go to the redeemed reward page and click “Use now” to claim your reward before the specified expiration date.
