Document A picture of your donor card on both front and back sides indicating the name, surname and date of blood donation OR a picture of a signed Blood Donation Application Form at Thai Red Cross Society or any hospitals. |
Note: Points will be awarded based on the document date. If the date falls within a previous membership year, the points will be awarded to that previous year. Documents dated in a previous membership year cannot be used to earn points for the current year.

How to claim points for blood donation
1. Go to AIA Vitality menu and tap "See all" at Assessments section.
2. Choose “Blood Donation"
3. Tap “Claim Points”
4. Select the date as shown in your document.
5. Submit your proof by taking a photo via the app or uploading a file then tap “Continue”
6. Take a clear photo of your proof then tap an icon at the top left corner to continue.
7. Tap “Add photo to provide pictures of both the front and back of your donor card and tab “Continue” to proceed.
8. Select another health screening to claim more points or select “No” to continue.
9. Recheck the details and tap “Submit result” to claim points. Points will appear in the points history.
