Terms and Conditions:

• This campaign is only for new AIA Vitality members who have an individual insurance policy approved between 1 July 2024 and 30 September 2024.

• New members must complete all 6 online assessments through the AIA+ application at the "AIA Vitality" menu, within 30 days from the date the policy is approved in order to receive the gift.

• New members who correctly and completely fulfill the details and conditions of the campaign will have the right to choose 1 gift from 3 options, which are:

1) SF movie ticket worth equal to 1 Deluxe Seat
2) Starbucks e-Coupon worth 100 baht
3) Central e-Voucher worth 100 baht

• Members will see and be able to claim your gift via the AIA+ application at the "Privileges" menu under the "Special Reward / Campaign Reward" section from the 10th of the next month, from when the member correctly and completely complies with the specified conditions. Members will receive the gift according to the following schedule:

• If the gift is not claimed by 31 January 2025, it will be considered forfeited.

• Each AIA Vitality member is entitled to claim only 1 gift throughout the campaign period. Once a member confirms the selection of the gift through the system, it cannot be changed to another gift later.

• The e-Coupon/e-Voucher received from the AIA+ app is valid for 24 hours after redeeming.

• The AIA Vitality benefits are subject to AIA terms and conditions. AIA reserves the right to change and amend any of the terms and conditions which are available at the AIA+ application or at https://www.aia.co.th/en/health-wellness/vitality/rewards

Terms of use for SF Cinema movie tickets:

• This e-Coupon can only be used at Let's Relax Spa branches in Thailand.

• The reward ticket is redeemable for a movie ticket at SF movie ticket counters, automatic movie ticket kiosks, and the SF Cinema website and application.

• The privilege of redeeming movie tickets is reserved only for the same day. The ticket cannot be used to reserve a seat for a different day.

• Each ticket is valid for redemption for 1 Deluxe Seat movie ticket. (The value depends on the movie theater that chooses to redeem the ticket.)

• In the event that the movie ticket value exceeds that of a Deluxe Seat, additional payment can be made to upgrade to Premium Seat, Prime Seat, or 3D movies.

• For movies with adjusted prices, the price difference must be paid according to the movie's ticket price rate.

• These movie tickets are valid at SF WORLD CINEMA, SFX CINEMA, and all SF CINEMA branches except Emprive Cineclub.

• These movie tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash and cannot be used for resale purposes. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the use of the movie tickets.

• These movie tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional activities.

• Once the reward selection is confirmed, the e-Coupon will appear on the "My Coupons" page. Members can click "Redeem" to use the e-Coupon in the payment process at the selected store. The e-Coupon is valid for 24 hours after redeeming.

• Please present the QR Code obtained from the AIA+ app to the staff to redeem your discount, and reserve the right to use only the code displayed through the AIA+ app (cannot redeem by presenting a code captured through a screenshot or any other means other than specified).

• Successful redemption through the AIA+ app is considered as complete use of that e-Coupon. AIA reserves the right not to compensate or replace the reward in case of any errors made by the user.

Terms of use for Starbucks e-Coupon worth 100 baht:

• The e-Coupon can only be used within the validity period specified on the e-Coupon.

• The e-Coupon can be used to purchase any product at Starbucks Coffee stores in Thailand.

• The e-Coupon cannot be used to reload or activate Starbucks Card and customers will not get Starbucks® Rewards benefits.

• No refund. No cash exchange.

• The e-Coupon cannot be copied or duplicated.

• The e-Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase and not valid if captured or copied.

• Once the reward selection is confirmed, the e-Coupon will appear on the "My Coupons" page. Members can click "Redeem" to use the e-Coupon in the payment process at the selected store. The e-Coupon is valid for 24 hours after redeeming.

• Please present the QR Code obtained from the AIA+ app to the staff to redeem your discount, and reserve the right to use only the code displayed through the AIA+ app (cannot redeem by presenting a code captured through a screenshot or any other means other than specified).

• Successful redemption through the AIA+ app is considered as complete use of that e-Coupon. AIA reserves the right not to compensate or replace the reward in case of any errors made by the user.

Terms of use for Central e-Voucher worth 100 baht:

• This discount e-Voucher can only be used within the specified period.

• This e-Voucher can be used at stores within the Central Group such as Central, Marks & Spencer, Muji, Tops, Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Foods, Tops Club, Eat Thai Supermarket Zone, Thai Favorites, Power Buy, Go Power, Supersports, B2S, Robinson, Thai Watsadu, Baan & Beyond, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, OfficeMate, AUTO1 and go! WOW, as indicated (except for leased stores, food court areas).

• This e-Voucher cannot be used to pay for telecommunications cards, all types of prepaid cards, cash cards, gift cards, wholesale items, and items in certain restricted categories.

• This e-Voucher cannot be used for products or services that violate prohibitions or terms of current laws (sales promotion prohibition) or may be in the future, such as alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, baby food, infant formula, and infant supplements.

• This e-Voucher reserves the right to receive/return, cancel, and compensate for damages in case the e-Voucher expires or changes occur.

• This e-Voucher cannot be exchanged, swapped, or redeemed for cash.

• Once the reward selection is confirmed, the e-Voucher will appear on the "My Coupons" page. Members can click "Redeem" to use the e-Voucher in the payment process at the selected store. The e-Voucher is valid for 24 hours after redeeming.
